How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. In most cases the total time from order to delivery is 4–9 business days. As soon as your package ships, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on every order, with no minimum order amount and no additional conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship within the United States only. We're focused on giving our local customers the best possible service. If we expand shipping to other countries in the future, we'll be sure to let our community know.

What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Just send us a message at info@sesisi.com and we'll walk you through the whole process.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear on your statement.
