Shipping policy

Delivery within the United States

All orders within the United States ship free of charge. The price you see on the product page is the final price — no hidden delivery costs and no extra fees at checkout.

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Every order is carefully packed and prepared before shipment.

Order processing time

Your order goes through several steps:

  • Order preparation: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: typically 3–7 business days
  • Total delivery time: usually 4–9 business days

We do everything we can to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, without compromising on packaging quality.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) from Monday to Saturday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Tracking your order

Once your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This lets you check the status of your shipment and know when it will arrive.

Possible delays

While most deliveries go according to plan, occasional delays may occur — for example during high-volume periods, due to weather conditions, or other logistics issues outside our control. In such cases, we stay in touch and keep you updated on your order's status.
