Refund policy

At Sesisi, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can easily start a return. Below are clear rules that help us process requests smoothly and finalize refunds quickly.

1. Return window
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.

2. Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • be unused
  • be in its original condition (no signs of wear, washing, stains, or damage)
  • have its complete original packaging and all items included with the order

If a product does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept the return.

3. No return fees
We do not charge any handling fees or restocking fees.

4. How to start a return

In your message, please include:

  • your order number
  • a note that you would like to return the order (and optionally a short reason — it helps us improve)

Once we receive your request, we will provide further instructions.

5. Return shipping cost
The customer covers the cost of return shipping.

We recommend choosing a tracked shipping service. This makes the return safer and easier to confirm if needed.

6. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange (for example, a different size or model), email us at info@sesisi.com. Exchanges are processed on request, subject to product availability.

7. Refunds
Once we receive the returned package and verify the product's condition, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (unless agreed otherwise).

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional days to post the refund to your account.
